• Resilience: 41.72% accuracy when critical module fails (vs 10% CNN collapse)
• Two training modes: standard (FF + backprop coordinator) and SFF (fully local)
• Multiscale input + Fourier label encoding
• 4 parallel CNN modules with heterogeneous kernels
