Integrate Docker Capability with Ergo AI

Objective:

• Provide users of ErgoEngine and ErgoAI Studio a convenient and fast method to build from source and access the GUI.

Features:

• Amazon Correto v8 base image (openjdk v8)
• X11 integration

Notes:

• Nomenclature can absolutely be changed to reflect whatever you would like. Just let me know!
• This has been tested via a MacOS XQuartz local machine and a docker container running on an AWS Ubuntu EC2 server.
• Unknown how well it works ran outside of these environments.
