Brief summary of the change made

Closes: #1049
Closes: #1215

Various small and large changes to apply EnAccess-based branding to MPM. This is helpful to better distinguish between the legacy version of MPM (by Inensus) which has lead to confusion in the past.

Great effort! @dmohns

Notice a few inconsistencies.

Post pages use the correct blue header for each card UI section, but a few of them still use black headers. Can you check?

The grey header are ... "semi-" intentional 😅 Basically, everything that a grey header before, will also have a grey header after. I just changed the green to blue. I did some exploration to make all headers Blue, but felt it looked a bit overwhelming. So, I decided to to post-pone this decision and go with the current "design".

Alright, that is understood. There are still some inconsistencies, but just a few.

The cluster dashboard still has green header and the mini-grid page below

I'm gonna create a standalone Release with just the branding, once the current stages in main are wrapped into a new release.
