This is a draft pull request, it's a proof of concept that has to be tested thoroughly before merging it.
Why
The removal of the symlink for elemento-gui-new is a requirement to update to the latest, faster and more stable version of electron builder, that gives us the option to build better and safer packages, and also solves a good amount of CVEs that have ratings from 6 to 8.5, thus making Electros safer.
