💡 What: Improved the accessibility of scrollable output areas in the browser WASM examples by replacing invalid <label> tags with styled semantic <div> elements and adding keyboard focusability to the scrollable containers via tabindex="0".

🎯 Why: Scrollable areas without focusable elements inside them are inaccessible to keyboard-only users who use the Tab key to navigate the page. Additionally, screen readers ignore <label> elements that are not attached to valid form controls.

📸 Before/After: Visual regression testing was performed, confirming the CSS design is identical. The Output area is now reachable by keyboard.

♿ Accessibility: Added role="region" and aria-labelledby for screen reader semantic labeling, and tabindex="0" to enable keyboard scrolling.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 5616529471589479454 started by @EffortlessSteven

Changes:
- Replaced semantically incorrect `<label>` elements for `<div>` containers with styled `<div class="label-text">` elements.
- Added `aria-labelledby`, `role="region"`, and `tabindex="0"` to the `output`, `streaming-output`, `worker-output`, and `benchmark-output` scrollable containers in both `index.html` files so they can be reached and scrolled via keyboard navigation by screen reader users and keyboard-only users.
- Updated the Palette journal with this critical accessibility learning.
