This repository contains data and analysis scripts for the scientific study on the Ophiocordyceps nutans species complex using museomics approaches.
Ophiocordyceps nutans is an entomopathogenic fungus that infects insects. This study uses museomics (genomic analysis of museum specimens) to investigate the species boundaries and phylogenetic relationships within the O. nutans complex.

List of software and dependencies required for the analyses:
- (To be added based on specific analysis requirements)
Raw data should be placed in the data/raw/ directory. Processed data will be stored in data/processed/.
Detailed instructions for running the analysis pipeline will be added as scripts are developed.
