I have made a new conda environment which consisted of installing yours, adding psycopg2-binary and posgresql (for reasons given on slack), and exporting. The differences from yours are the addition of these packages but also the fact that when I do an "env export" it also gives me the release numbers, so this gives a more precisely reproducible environment.

(I have also done a further test that building from this and re-exporting produces a yml file identical to the input.)

@alaniwi Sorry I'm just now getting to this. I left off the build numbers initially because I was concerned about multiplatform/multi-OS support. I hit a couple of errors during testing that (although it could be because I exported the env from MacOS and then tested on CentOS, which probably isn't a valid use case). Have included the build numbers been confirmed to work across all of CentOS 6/7 and RHEL 6/7?
