Sentinel 3 products split in descending and ascending orbits

• Split Sentinel-3 products by ascending/descending orbit before mosaicking; previously all products from a solar day were mosaicked together.
• When mosaicking multiple Sentinel-2 products into one time slice, the timestamp is now averaged across all products; previously only the first tile’s timestamp was used.
