Summary

  • add a meson.build that installs the dtw package assets and compiles the Cython extension with NumPy includes
  • update pyproject.toml to use the meson-python backend and record the current version and development build tooling
  • refresh the Makefile and bumpversion settings for Meson-based builds while dropping the legacy setup.py script

Testing

  • uv run -m pytest
  • uv run python -m build --wheel
