Through this training, you will learn how to use Agent constructs and techniques in order to customize Agent. To start out, there are two paths you can start with, the Frontend or the Backend. It is recommended that you read through both paths, but each can be done separately. Once you have finished both paths, you should continue on to the Scenarios that will cover real world examples of customizing Agent.
