Migrate from Angular 10 to Angular 17, GitLab CI -> GitHub Actions, cleaning up most TODO's (124 -> 22 & 17 issues), creating unit tests, basic Playwright tests, removing Nx, along with lots of legacy removal where we're using multiple interactive libraries like Three.js, D3, Chart.js, particles.js, Siriwave, Animate On Scroll (AOS), Animate.css, and Firebase Functions & Hosting. CSR -> SSR (Angular Universal), fixed broken newsletter subscription.
