P2 Badge Generate a fresh chat id for Ask AI

On Android, the Discover Ask AI entry point navigates with only initialMessage, so Route.AgentChat falls back to the constant "generic-chat" conversation id. This means every ad-hoc Ask AI from Discover (and the same pattern in Search) appends to and restores the same conversation instead of starting a new one; the settings history path and the desktop/iOS Ask AI paths generate generic-chat:<timestamp> ids, so Android should do the same here.
