The regenerated Tailwind stylesheet now contains only unprefixed grid-cols-* utilities; there are no .md:/.lg: variants in the file even though the page and generateKPICards() assign classes like md:grid-cols-2 and lg:grid-cols-${gridCols} at runtime. After running npm run build:css and viewing the dashboard on ≥768px wide screens, the KPI and CASP grids stay single-column because the corresponding breakpoint rules were purged from styles/tailwind.css. Safelist or otherwise generate the responsive grid utilities so the layout remains responsive.
