* No idea what previous BT command did / why it was there. * The last check failed so it didn't proceed to status printing, without it works, so remove it ;)

I've added support for compiling the program on Windows (MSVC) and for starting a Music Share between two QC 35 II headphones. I've created this PR as a pointer for people looking for Music Share.
