[DOCS-13258] Add documentation for responding to Pages#34458
Conversation
Added a new page explaining how responders interact with Pages: - How to acknowledge a Page - How to resolve a Page - How to reroute a Page - Page statuses and workflow - Best practices for page management This addresses user feedback that the docs explained how to set up escalation policies but not how to actually use/respond to Pages. Also updated: - Added link to new page in On-Call index - Added "Further reading" section to escalation policies page Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
