What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
Adds US1-FED unsupported banners to multiple product pages:
/agent/guide/setup_remote_config/)/data_observability/and all children)/infrastructure/storage_management/and children)/data_streams/setup/and all children)Uses the
params.yamlsite support system. For DOCS-12793, also adds a cascade to propagate thesite_support_idto child pages and removes the redundant manual shortcode from the parent.Merge instructions
