What does this PR do?

Bumps com.google.code.gson:gson to 2.11.0 (ref. https://github.com/google/gson/releases/tag/gson-parent-2.11.0)

Motivation

  • v2.11.0 introduces ProGuard / R8 rules along with many other improvements and fixes
