What does this PR do?
We updated to use dedicated CRUD endpoints for CCM config changes - https://github.com/DataDog/dd-source/pull/332927. We want the cloud-formation template to use those endpoints instead when establishing a ccm-config for a customer.
Motivation
What inspired you to submit this pull request?
Testing Guidelines
Deployed the cloud-formation template stack and confirmed that the API endpoint works (using the staging account) for updating CCM config and doesn't fail.
