chore: update marimo to v0.23.1

Summary

• upgrade Marimo in the lockfile from 0.22.4 to 0.23.1
• raise interactive dependency floor in pyproject.toml to marimo>=0.23.1
• update notebook-related just targets to run with --extra interactive so project-managed Marimo is used consistently

Validation

• uv run --extra interactive marimo --version
• just notebook-check examples/notebooks/spec_black_scholes.py
• just notebook-check examples/notebooks/black_scholes_results.py
• uv run pytest tests/notebook/test_notebook_spec.py tests/cli/test_notebook_to_toml.py
