[DT-2855] Add optional Through.Bio ID field to Study Registration form

Summary

Adds a new optional Through.Bio ID field to the bottom of the Study section in the Study Registration form. Here is the backend PR DataBiosphere/consent#2816

• Displays static prefix text: “Through.bio/”
• Persists the identifier as part of the Study record
• Field is optional (no validation error when empty)
• Accepts identifier only (full URLs are not allowed)

The UI side looks good, but I don't see this persisted on the back end. I created study ID 9504 in dev with a through.bio value but it doesn't seem to be there when being reloaded into the edit study form.
