Android Rainfall Notifier Assignment

Ubiquitous Computing 4th Year Android Assignment using AlarmManager & IntentService.

  • Uses the OpenWeatherMap 5 day forecast API.
  • Location can be set to Current Location or via City Search.
  • Notification can be toggled to fire once every 24 hours.
  • On-demand notification for testing.
  • CreateAlarmTask.java for scheduling is still a bit buggy.
