…ssing, not after (#4425) * MakeDomainNameVarieties() immediate after processing dnsconfig.js instead of fixing it later in the PostProcess hack. * Remove hack where we copied DomainConfig.{Name,NameRaw,Tags,UniqueName} and others into DomainConfig.Metadata. This requires a new signature for EnsureZoneExists() and updating all pkg/js fixtures
