페이지네이션을 구현하는데 있어서 항상 어떻게 해야하는건지 이해도 잘 안되고 어려워서 회피하였는데 useEffect를 사용하니 훨씬 쉽고 간단하고 가독성 좋게 구현할 수 있게 된 것 같습니다. 페이지네이션 작동 원리(?)에 대해서도 이번 기회에 잘 파악할 수 있게 되었습니다.
