This adds Simple Trans support to Despicable NSFW.
Pawns with sire hediff are marked to have penises.
Pawns with carry hediff are marked to have vaginas.
The code is almost identical to GenderWorks support, but with specific changes done to fit Simple Trans.
If GenderWorks and SimpleTrans are both installed, GenderWorks is prioritized over SimpleTrans since GenderWorks has a more indepth genitalia system than SimpleTrans.
