This adds a few unit tests for the SDK root code in dimo.py. This also adds a github action to run tests, which should run on every commit to main as well as pull requests.

This adds a few unit tests for the SDK root code in dimo.py.
This also adds a github action to run tests, which should run on every commit to main as well as pull requests. We also run flake8 for Python code style enforcement checks.
