I made this Python script to reprocess the data based on the JSON config file similar to dcan_signal_processing.m but it does not need Connectome Workbench or MATLAB and only needs some basic scientific Python packages (e.g. numpy). We are using this to reprocess the data without GSR. In case this would be useful for other people.
