Changes were made to standardize the prefix of
XbSDBfor public APIs andXbSDBifor internal use only. The only prefix that does not haveXbSDBiismanual_prefix functions.I noticed some definitions that were not in full caps have also been updated. And missing static to one of the internal functions.
