Fixed a bug where files containing / could not be archived

• Implemented archiving from a WebDAV folder

  • When successful the file is moved to the successFolder
  • On error, it is moved to the errorFolder

• Implemented email archiving

  • When successful and it's configured, the mail is marked as read

  • When document is applicable, a telegram message is triggered
