Update mod for Minecraft 1.21.11

Summary

This PR updates the mod to be compatible with Minecraft 1.21.11.

The changes focus on maintaining the original behavior while updating mappings, dependencies, and any necessary API adjustments required for 1.21.11.

Versions

For users who need immediate access to a working build for 1.21.11, I’m currently providing two builds in a fork:

• Original behavior (1.21.11) – minimal changes, only updated for compatibility.

• v2.0 (optional improvements) – includes additional improvements such as:

  • Last Location Persistence: Players can now be automatically teleported back to the exact spot where they were jailed upon release.
  • Better Config Loading: The mod now automatically patches missing configuration fields with default values, ensuring existing config files remain compatible after updates.

Notes for the maintainer

If maintainership resumes, this PR should be safe to merge as-is.
I’ve tested the mod on a Minecraft 1.21.11 server, and all functionality worked as expected.
