Follow-up release of button-sensor application for constrained device.
- Tested with ca8210 support
- comment out NETSTACK_CONF_RDC from project-conf.h
Depenging upon CC2520 or CA8210 it will be used as nullrdc_driver or nullrdc_noframer_driver, internally in contiki-conf.h
