Add events_delete to the events category in TOOL_CATEGORIES so the integration tests (which verify every defined tool is registered) pass. Bump the expected events count and total tool count accordingly. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
