Support Olog attachments with same original file name

Fixes a corner case: if user adds multiple Olog attachments with same file name, but from different directories, the service would reject it. Fixed by adding a UUID prefix to the "file name" for the multipart file(s) portion.

To be noted: the Olog web client applies the same strategy.
