♿ Accessibility: aria-hidden="true"를 스피너 요소에 적용하여 스크린 리더에서 중복으로 읽히지 않게 하였고, CSS prefers-reduced-motion 설정을 존중하여 애니메이션을 비활성화할 수 있도록 처리했습니다.
