💡 Vulnerability: 파일 이름에 널 바이트(\0)가 포함될 경우, Java에서는 무시하고 확장자를 올바르게 추출하는 것처럼 보일 수 있지만, 하위 C/C++ 기반의 라이브러리나 시스템에서 파일 처리 시 문자열이 널 바이트에서 끊겨 잘못된 확장자로 파일을 처리할 수 있는 취약점이 있습니다.
🎯 Impact: 공격자가 차단된 파일 형식(.hwp)을 악의적인 널 바이트 삽입(malicious.hwp\0.pdf)을 통해 업로드하여 서버 내 시스템을 공격할 수 있습니다.
🔧 Fix: DefaultDocumentValidationService.java 내에서 확장자를 추출하기 전 파일 이름에 널 바이트(\0)가 포함되어 있는지 확인하고 포함되어 있으면 예외 처리를 하도록 변경했습니다. 테스트 파일 DefaultDocumentValidationServiceTest.java에 해당 취약점을 방어하는 테스트(rejectsFilenameWithNullByte)를 추가했습니다.
✅ Verification: mvn test 명령어로 테스트가 100% 통과함을 확인했습니다.
