🎨 Palette: 비동기 버튼 로딩 및 비활성화 상태 추가

💡 What

• 비동기 처리(네트워크 요청 등)를 수행하는 버튼(Submit document, Refresh evidence, Retry dead-lettered job 등)에 명시적인 로딩 상태를 추가했습니다.
• 작업이 진행 중일 때 버튼이 비활성화(disabled=true) 되도록 하고, 버튼 텍스트를 "Loading...", "Submitting..." 등으로 동적 변경했습니다.
• 원래의 버튼 텍스트를 안전하게 저장한 뒤에, 에러 유무와 관계없이 finally 블록에서 복원하도록 처리했습니다.

🎯 Why

• 작업 완료 전 버튼을 여러 번 누르는 경우를 방지합니다.
• 사용자에게 시스템이 요청을 처리 중임을 시각적으로 명확하게 알려주어 혼란을 줄이고 신뢰감을 높입니다 (UX 향상).

📸 Before/After

• Playwright 검증을 통해 Submitting..., Refreshing... 등의 동적 변화를 시각적으로 확인했습니다. (해당 스크린샷 캡쳐 완료)

♿ Accessibility

• 작업 진행 중에는 스크린리더 등 보조 기기에 상태 변화를 알리기 위해 동적으로 aria-busy="true" 속성을 부여하고 작업 후 제거하도록 개선했습니다.
