대시보드의 접근성 향상을 위해 다음과 같은 변경 사항을 추가했습니다.

3. 테이블 행에 keydown 이벤트 리스너를 추가하여 키보드(Enter, Space) 조작으로 상세 모달을 열 수 있도록 기능 구현.
4. :focus-visible CSS 클래스를 추가하여 키보드 내비게이션 시 어떤 행이 포커스 되어 있는지 명확하게 시각적(outline)으로 보여주도록 스타일 개선.

🎯 왜 변경했나요? (Why):

• 시각장애인이나 스크린 리더 사용자가 폼 컨트롤이 무엇인지 명확히 이해하고 조작할 수 있게 하기 위함입니다.
• 마우스 사용이 불편하거나 키보드 중심으로 브라우징 하는 사용자들이 클릭 이벤트가 걸려있는 테이블 행에 접근조차 하지 못하던 문제를 해결했습니다.
• 포커스가 되었을 때 명확한 시각적 피드백을 제공하여 사용성을 향상시킵니다.

📸 Before/After:

• Before: 키보드로 테이블 행을 포커스할 수 없고, Enter 키로 상세 내용을 확인할 수 없음.
• After: Tab 키로 테이블 행으로 이동이 가능하고 파란색 윤곽선이 나타나며, Enter 또는 Space 키로 상세 모달 창을 띄울 수 있음.

♿ 접근성 (Accessibility):

• 화면 리더기를 위한 명확한 폼 레이블 지정 완료 (aria-label)
• 마우스를 사용할 수 없는 환경을 위한 키보드 내비게이션(Tab, Enter, Space) 지원 추가
