More ticketing dashboard utilities for administrators are provided in this release.
Now administrator can easily look at statistic information of tickets, such as new tickets, assignments etc. And administrator can manage "Ticket Manager" group by adding/deleting members, and assign a ticket to a specific ticket manager.
Bill granular refined to Resource and Hour
The bill details by Uniview now include service details by resource id, such as instance_id, volume_id, bucket name etc that explains tenants how a bill is generated when auditing is needed. The usage by duration of hours of resource are added as well
