Patch VE Events Pawnkinds

Additions

• Patch for VE Events pawnkinds.

Reasoning

• It was pointed out that VE Events has these patched on their side, for some reason. Gave them a modest amount of ammo since they're just hunting and aren't intended as combatants.
• Restrict tribal hunters to stone arrows, since it doesn't make sense to hunt with "expensive" arrows and because we don't want the AI to potentially start wildfires.

Alternatives

• Let the autopatcher handle it.

Testing

Check tests you have performed:

• Compiles without warnings
• Game runs without errors
• (For compatibility patches) ...with and without patched mod loaded
• Playtested a colony (specify how long)
