Summary

  • Synchronize CLAUDE.md with standardized template across all repositories
  • Add Microsoft C# coding conventions reference to Critical Rules
  • Standardize GitHub CLI commands and Conventional Commit Types sections

Changes

  • Added Microsoft coding guidelines reference (rule fix(ci): detect issues closed by merged PRs via cross-reference #8)
  • Added perf commit type to Conventional Commit Types table
  • Standardized GitHub CLI Commands section
  • Updated build commands to reference new solution path
  • Preserved all project-specific content (Overview, Build, Architecture, etc.)
