• Synchronize CLAUDE.md with standardized template across all repositories
• Add Microsoft C# coding conventions reference to Critical Rules
• Standardize GitHub CLI commands and Conventional Commit Types sections

Changes

• Added Microsoft coding guidelines reference (rule feat(namespace): update namespace declarations in source files #8)
• Standardized VSIX Development Rules section
• Added perf and ci commit types to Conventional Commit Types table
• Updated build commands to use dotnet build (VsixSdk)
• Removed redundant Coding Standards section (now covered by Critical Rules feat(namespace): update namespace declarations in source files #8)
• Updated CI/CD section to reference correct workflow names
• Preserved all project-specific content (Overview, Build, Architecture, etc.)
