This is an example of what you can do with my logging code.
This has examples of logging:
-Opening the Workbook
-Closing the Workbook
-Saving the workbook
-Adding a new sheet
-Changing the value of a cell
There is a lot more that you can log as well, these are likely just the most common.
Please note you must have Microsoft Excel 97 or greater, and you must have Macros enabled. See the this link for how to do that.
