The Open Elm Project is a public crowdsourcing initiative to collect data on the Elm tree population of the Isle of Man and help track and tackle increasing outbreaks of Dutch Elm Disease. LoCast is designed to enable the rapid prototyping and quick deployment of location-based media platforms.
