Describe the add-ons or changes you've made 📃

Added a new project that tracks and counts bicep reps in real-time using OpenCV and Mediapipe. This includes:

• Integration of Mediapipe's Pose module for pose estimation.
• Real-time elbow angle calculation for detecting bicep curls.
• A simple counter to track repetitions displayed on the video feed.
• Organized and commented code for better readability and understanding.

Hey @Avdhesh-Varshney, I feel issue #154 (Counting Bicep Reps Using OpenCV and Mediapipe) is more advanced than intermediate due to the complexity of integrating Mediapipe, real-time tracking, and angle calculations. Could you consider reassigning it as advanced?

I'll also contribute more projects with a mix of beginner and intermediate levels soon!
