Upstream PR was triggered by SF case 00047418 and based on Jan Mensch's "HTTP-based replica-aware routing" design doc. Only the English source page was updated; translated copies under
es/,ja/,ko/,pt-BR/,ru/,zh/are left untouched per the i18n exemption.
