- Removed the 'alert' property in the body when no alert text is available. The Madlogic SDK doesn't handle this well. - Only set the priority for non voip messages. For Voip messages it's an obsolete APNS header property.

Allow the use of voip certificates and ensuring that voip pushes also work.
