Paths in Inferelator for sourcing local scripts were hard coded. This required inferelator.R to be run from the directory in which it lives. This change uses a function to find the directory in which inferelator.R lives and prepends it to each of the 'source()' statements in the code, allowing it to be executed anywhere on the filesystem.
