Stable Release

Collection of bug fixes and code cleanup now that all (?) dependencies successfully finished their migration to Python 3.

Migrated to Python 3

1. The code was migrated to Python 3: Karta & Thumbs Up. Python 2.X is no longer supported.
2. The code works with IDA version 7.4 API, and dropped support for version < 7.4.
3. Thumbs Up seems to be 5%-40% faster using the combo of the above changes.

Python 2 End Of Life

Last* Python 2 supported version, as Python 2 reaches end of life.
*Might still add bug fixes, but not more than that.

Later versions will only support Python 3 and IDA versions >= 7.4.
