- Added czech translations and some new lexicon entries for english, in other languages new entries are not translated
- Added new event tabs: Price, Food, Age, Capacity
- Reformat code for ExtJS javascripts
- Reformat code for some php classes

…switched parameters in constructor parameter changed in file: mxcalendars/model/mxcalendars/mxcalendars.class.php parameter changed in class: makeProcessTime parameter changed in method: __construct - before: __construct($gsProc = null, $debug) - after: __construct($debug, $gsProc = null) because of this change, we have to change method calls in snippet: snippet.mxcalendars.php - Reformat code
