Why doesn't the right half work on it's own?

The two halves are not yet independent. To simplify things we made it so
the right half is similar to the right half of a CC2 (sending over it's
keystrokes to the left half). To truly have the forge ecosystem where
either anchor body can be the one connected to the PC requires quite a
bit of firmware change.
