In my daily work, I frequently send internal company documents with watermarks to clients. However, existing solutions are often:
- Expensive or subscription-based
- Incomplete, requiring multiple separate tools
- Lacking cross-platform compatibility
RabPDF addresses these gaps by providing an integrated, Python-powered, cross-platform tool with a user-friendly GUI that simplifies the entire process.

COM (Component Object Model)interface to interact directly with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. - Compatible with many versions of Microsoft Office and some versions of WPS (verified in practice).
- Uses LibreOffice in headless mode for document conversion on both Windows and macOS.
